Core Spun Polyester Thread
Polyester core-spun thread is a type of composite sewing thread with a special structure. Its core feature lies in its composition of two parts: a “core thread” and “outer covering fibers”. The outer layer is mainly made of polyester fibers, while the core thread typically uses high-strength fibers (such as polyester filaments, nylon filaments, or polyester staple fibers). Through a special spinning process, the outer polyester fibers are tightly wrapped around the surface of the core thread, forming a composite thread with multiple integrated properties.
