Spun Polyester Thread
Polyester staple fiber thread is a type of sewing thread made from polyester staple fibers through spinning and twisting processes. With relatively short fiber lengths (usually around 38-51 millimeters), it is one of the common basic threads used in textile sewing.
Made from polyester staple fibers (i.e., polyester fibers with short lengths, distinct from continuous polyester filaments), it undergoes spinning processes such as carding, drawing, and twisting to twist multiple short fibers together into a continuous thread. The twisted structure between short fibers endows the thread with a certain degree of bulkiness and softness.
