TTY Twisted Yarn

Twisted Yarn/Filament refers to yarn processed through the twisting process (a process where fibers or monofilaments are rotated and twisted around their own axes). Its core purpose is to modify the physical structure and properties of the yarn, enabling it to be better adapted to subsequent processing requirements such as spinning and weaving. TTY (Twisted Textured Yarn) is a product manufactured by applying the aforementioned twisting process to DTY (Draw Textured Yarn) as the raw material. While retaining the inherent elasticity of DTY, TTY further optimizes properties such as the cohesion and strength of the filament strands through twisting, making it suitable for textile scenarios that have specific requirements for yarn twist.
